The real scenario

A Cuban sandwich shop in Port St. Lucie

A family-run Cuban spot — tripletas, cafecito, flan, the works. Busy lunch rush, a handful of regulars who call their order in, and a growing pile of walk-ins asking: “can I order ahead next time?” The owner doesn't trust DoorDash (30% cut) or Uber Eats (hides the customer from him). He wants his own branded experience on his own website, ordered from his own customers, paid into his own Stripe account.

We build him exactly that. Customers land on his site, see a beautiful menu with photos of the Cubano and the tripleta, add to cart, check out with Apple Pay in 10 seconds. A tablet behind the counter — the one he already uses — rings with a loud “ding!”, the order shows up front and center. He taps “Accept,” customer gets a push notification: “Your Cubano is being made.” Fifteen minutes later, another tap: “Ready for pickup.” Customer strolls in, picks up, done. No middleman, no commission, his relationship.

That's the version we build. Yours might have delivery instead of pickup, or weekly specials, or a loyalty program. Same foundation, tailored to your operation.

The math

What you're paying now vs. what you'd pay us

Typical restaurant stack today

Toast POS or Square$79–$150/mo
ChowNow / BentoBox online orders$99–$200/mo
Mailchimp / email marketing$20–$80/mo
Monthly total (not counting the DoorDash cut)$198–$430
And every delivery order on DoorDash costs you 20–30 cents per dollar on top.

What we build, all-in

Custom build (one-time)$1,800–$3,500
Hosting + SSL + backups$29–$49/mo
Stripe payment processingStandard 2.9% + 30¢
