All your business data, content, and configurations belong to you. You get a non-exclusive license to use the application we build. Your data is always exportable.

Pricing FAQ

Do you require a deposit before starting?

Yes. A 50% deposit starts the work, with the remaining 50% due when the build is ready for final delivery. We also back every project with a 30-day satisfaction promise: if something we delivered does not match the agreed scope, you get a free revision round — no back-and-forth, no arguing. We accept ACH bank transfer (preferred — no fees), credit card via Stripe, check, or PayPal.

What if my project needs something not listed here?

Every project is custom-scoped. These tiers are starting points. I will give you a detailed quote based on exactly what you need — no cookie-cutter packages, no features you are paying for but will never use.

Are there any recurring fees?

The project price covers development and delivery. After the 30-day post-launch bug-fix period, you can optionally subscribe to a hosting and support plan (Starter $29/mo, Bronze $49.99/mo, Silver $149.99/mo, or Gold $249/mo) billed monthly or annually. Pay 10 months upfront and get 2 months free. There are no hidden charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept ACH bank transfer (preferred — no fees), credit card via Stripe (2.9% + $0.30 processing fee), check, and PayPal (3.49% fee). Monthly subscriptions are charged automatically via Stripe. I never store your card info on my servers — all payments go through secure third-party processors.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a Starter project and add features over time. Since everything is custom-built, adding new functionality to an existing project is straightforward and priced fairly.

What is a revision round?

A revision round is when you look at what we've built so far and tell us what you'd like changed. For example: "Make the logo bigger," "Change the blue to green," or "Move the contact form to the top." We make all the changes you ask for in that round, then you review again. The Starter plan includes 1 round, Professional includes 3, and Enterprise has unlimited rounds.

What's the difference between hosting and the project cost?

The project cost is a one-time payment for building your website or app. Hosting is a separate monthly fee that keeps your site running on the internet — like paying rent for your store's location. Without hosting, your site would have no address for customers to visit.

Do I need to be technical to work with you?

Not at all. Most of our clients are small business owners, not tech people. We handle all the technical stuff. You just tell us what your business needs and we figure out how to build it.

Can I see my project while it's being built?

Yes! You get access to a private client portal where you can see progress, leave feedback, and send messages. You'll never be left wondering what's happening.
